Common questions.
Will a skylight leak?
Only if it's flashed badly. The leak risk is all in the install. We're roofers — we cut and flash the opening properly so it stays watertight for the life of the roof.
Can you put a skylight in my type of roof?
Yes — metal, tile, Colorbond or terracotta. We'll recommend the right skylight for your roof and your room, and quote it before we start.
Can you replace an old skylight that's gone yellow or leaks?
Absolutely. Old acrylic domes yellow and crack over time. We remove the old unit, fix any damage underneath, and fit a new one — far less hassle than people expect.
